Mattonella ham pressers
Single mould automatic presser operated exclusively by air cylinders; the device presses the ham immediately after boning, filling the space previously occupied by the bone and creating a brick shaped product. This result has been achieved by designing a fully automatic presser, operated exclusively by air cylinders, which use very high pressure values to exert significant force on the mould for a preset time. After this phase, the mould pressure is released and then reapplied. The line is completed by a fully automatic “extractor” device that removes the brick shaped hams from the sealed containers.
Mandolino ham pressers
Pneumatic pressers with twelve moulds, operated exclusively by air cylinders; the purpose of the machine is to press the boned ham to fill the voids, making the structure of the meat uniform and obtaining the classic commercially acceptable tear-drop shape. This result is achieved using a large size cylinder which is supplied with very high pressure values to apply significant force to the mould for a preset time, after which the pressure is released and then reapplied. Depending on production requirements, the operator can set the pressing time and the total time available for the machine to perform the series of pressing cycles.
